The 7th Alarm Chili Cook Off benefiting and hosted by the Firefighters Burn Institute is scheduled for Saturday, October 16th from 6PM to 10PM. Join us for a chili cooking competition at the Sacramento Regional Fire Museum featuring firefighter and civilian teams counting on YOUR vote to win the big 1st place title! Unlimited beer, wine, and chili tasting, live music, dancing, silent auction, raffle, and more are included in the ticket price.
Tickets will be $40/ adult, $20/ child, and $400/ table for 10 (limited availability, please call Firefighters Burn Institute at 916-739-8525 for table availability).
Mission StatementThe Firefighters Burn Institute is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization founded by Sacramento Fire Captain Cliff Haskell and the Sacramento Area Firefighters, Local 522 in 1973 for the purpose of establishing a local burn treatment facility; providing recovery programs for burn survivors; promoting fire and burn prevention through public education; funding education for medical burn team professionals, firefighters, and burn survivors; and supporting burn treatment and rehabilitation research.
