Looking for painter asap to work on Saturday painting new baseboard installed, new door trim, 5 inside closets, laundry room and staircase trim and risers (vertical part of step at back of tread of step.) There should be minimum prep work. Most of all nail holes / gaps have been filled with wood filler or putty. There may a few missed that need sanded. THIS IS A ONE DAY JOB. ALL WORK MUST BE COMPLETED IN ONE DAY. Should be no problem for experienced painter. I would imagine a few hours. Absolutely must use drop cloth coverings when painting to protect new flooring installed! It is small house with small rooms. No more than 1200 sq. feet to give you idea of size. There is not furniture in the house so should be very simple. Please text the following to bid on job. No phone calls at this time.
