BIL picnic 2021: BIL In LIVE This event is for the BIL community to get together and visit with each other in person! The picnic area of Elysian park has tables and benches, however bringing blankets, chairs, and shade structures is encouraged. Everyone is responsible for their own food. I'll bring 2 whiteboards just in case people want to sign up for a timed 'talk' that won't be recorded or a timed game they'd like to invite others to play. This is INFORMAL and PLAYFUL! I truly hope the community get's into it and 'brings' something they'd love to share or use to delight the community with. There is plenty of grass, open space, and some tree's for shade. Looking forward to seeing the community in person after so much time has passed! We all have a lot to catch up on! After the 11am-4pm picnic, those who would like to will head over to the San Antonio Winery. Covid 19 protocols have us sitting at tables of 8. Parking is free and there are non alcoholic options as well as a restaurant. I figure we'll be there from at least 4:30pm - 6:30pm. It takes a village of participants to volunteer and make BIL happen.  As you know, we don't have spectators and attendee's, we have participants!
