Amateur DJ seeking free gigs for practice / exposure

Hello, I'm seeking some fun opportunities to practice my DJ skills. I have the system and speakers. The speakers are not huge, the sound will be robust but nothing like a french quarter DJ sound system. I can play music that I produce or some popular rump shaking pop songs / hip hop / classics / 80's as well. I'm just doing this for fun right now so I don't expect any $$.
