Self-Defense seminar consist of strategies and tactics to feel safe and more confident in a variety of situations. Level 1 Self-Defense consist of strategies and tactics to help individuals feel safe and more confident in a variety of situations. Includes ways they can protect themselves to avoid physical confrontations. Introduces tools they use without causing harm to themselves or others when needed? Training is done by GAMA Chief Instructor Ken Roberts. Ken spent 20 years in the Marine Corps, and served as a senior martial arts instructor trainer. What he teaches works in all situations. His goal is to empower individuals to be able to protect themselves with a no-harm situation. Cost is $30.00 for this 3-hour class.
