Just spotted around 6:30pm at the plant shopping center in San Jose outside of Home Depot— small brown chihuahua being held poorly by a woman in a purple shirt and purple striped shorts. Did not appear that the animal belonged to her. I’ve seen quite a few lost and stolen posts in the past week on Craigslist and just in case this is someone’s dog that has gone missing maybe you can catch up to her in time to retrieve your dog.
