Description
DANVERS, MA — An afternoon of food and entertainment on the lawn at Then Linden at Danvers next weekend will benefit the Alzheimer's Association.
The event on June 26 from 1 to 3 p.m. will include lawn games, raffles, giveaways, food, live entertainment and tours of the facility.
All proceeds from the event will go to the Alzheimer's Association, and the fundraiser will serve as an opportunity to raise awareness for Alzheimer's and dementia.
"Events like these are so special to us," said Pam Simpson, General Manager at The Linden at Danvers. "We get to strengthen connections between our residents and the community and raise funds and awareness for a cause close to us, especially with Opal, Leisure Care's signature memory care program."
Those interested in attending are asked to RSVP by June 25 to 978-777-9717 or [email protected].
The outdoor event is weather-permitting.
