Flashlight Tours! Perfect for a unique group outing, we are bringing back our much-loved Flashlight tours! This 60-minute interactive tour allows visitors to explore the Hackley and Hume Houses in a completely new light! On this guided tour, your group will make its way through 5 floors of the site as you illuminate the objects you want to know more about. Your guide will also share fun, quirky, and creepy facts along the way! Space is limited, so order your tickets today! Any intoxicated patrons will be refused admission with no refund. When you arrive, check-in at the City Barn (carriage house) between the Hackley and Hume Houses. Free Parking on Webster Avenue & 6th Street Please arrive on time! The Hackley and Hume Historic Site tells the story of two men who used their business educations, work experiences, and natural talents to take advantage of lumbering opportunities in Muskegon and build vast fortunes. They not only worked together, but built homes on the same piece of land. The homes feature many original stained glass windows, exquisite wood carving, and period furnishings.
