Metal fabricator needed. Please include pictures of your previous fabrication. The text pictures showcase a rough draft of what needs to be done. Job description: -Using aluminum stock to cover up exposed wires on art structure. The sample in the pictures is a rough draft. I will have a completed section as an example that needs to be repeated in similar areas with slightly different measurements another five times -No welding needs to be done -Cutting aluminum with our chop saw -Drilling and countersinking holes in aluminum -Drilling and tapping into half-inch thick steel. We provide good drill bits, taps, countersink bits, and lube. We have already drilled and tapped hundreds of holes and there are a few tricks to making it faster and easier we will show you. -Attaching angle brackets to steel structure and aluminum L angle to the brackets. -Measuring and cutting to 16th inch tolerance -Highly skilled boom lift operation is a plus but not necessary -Must be comfortable on ladders - Ladders are provided on-site - We work even if it's raining. We have a canopy and tarps to cover areas you're working on - Work hours are flexible for the right fabricator but preferably during cooler times starting early morning or later at night - Minimum 10-hour workdays - Using Grindr to remove birds from aluminum after holes are drilled -Highly skilled in compound angled precision measuring and cutting is a plus but not necessary Tools you need to bring: -cordless drill with torque setting so that self-tapping screws, drill bit, and threaded tap do not snap, measuring tape, adjustable combination square, goggles for cutting aluminum with chop saw Additional tools not required but helpful if you have them: -Chop saw for cutting aluminum -Table saw for cutting aluminum -Portable bandsaw for cutting aluminum -Reciprocating saw for cutting aluminum -Angle finder -Grinder with sanding flap disc any grit is okay Job is paid, pay is negotiable.
