Competent Welder Needed

I have a few jobs around our shop that we need some welding on. Its nothing big and I'm picking that it's maybe less than a days work. looking for someone that is competent with a torch and wont lay down a bird sh** line. Plenty of people claim they can weld, seems only 5% of those actually can. I'll pay $300 for the day cash and if it takes 1/2 day I'll still pay $300 as I really don't think it should take anyone that knows their stuff more than 4 hours. I have 2 welders here: A Miller Syncrowave 250 & a Lincoln Precision Tig 275 (this is a huge welder and likely overkill). I'll also pay for any rods etc. I just need a job done (well) and not looking for a wannabe fabricator to practice on my stuff. Depending if it worked out I will likely have more projects to do. If you are looking to make a few extra quick bucks then give me a shout out.
