The Production Chemist III oversees: The production of biologics in the Redmond facility and conjugations in the Woodinville facility: HIV-1 and HIV-2 harvests and purifications. Recombinant protein production/purification. EIA and BPX peptide conjugations Training of new operators in cell culture and virus production. Accurately completes manufacturing batch records and equipment logs. Performs production operations in other areas. Reviews batch records and performs releases in SAP. Perform equipment calibrations. Orders and stocks supplies. Responsibilities Works directly with Facilities on equipment repairs Attends cross functional Planning and MRB meetings Performs production operations in the Compounding lab Enters labor into ERP system. Records indirect labor tracking Reviews batch records Performs equipment calibrations Orders and stocks supplies Maintains and updates procedures Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in life science or related field.
