He has made local musical appearances in 2012 and 2013. Both times, people have described Dillon Francis's shows, which have all been under the name "Dillaska," (created by Dillon Francis himself) as being the Alaskan equivalent to some of the most popular EDM festivals. This show is going to be that and more. All supporting acts, art, and ideas were curated by Dillon Francis himself. More, massive investments have been made into top-tier sound, lighting, and sfx. On top of that, Dillon Francis will be capitalizing on the eagerness that Alaskans have been feeling after being cooped up during the pandemic to see musical acts again. "I don't really know why exactly I'm obsessed with Alaska, I just am, it's so beautiful," Dillon Francis has stated about Alaska. Dillon Francis will be appearing with a few supporting acts, too: Phantoms, Ship Wrek, and DOT. Phantoms are an EDM duo with great hits like "Say It," "Just A Feeling," and more. Their stop in Anchorage at this show comes during their tour of the U.S. that they've dubbed, "The Dive Tour." Ship Wrek are a prolific EDM pair with talent that has been recognized by many huge names in the EDM scene. They are often seen donning sea captain caps that go along with the theme of their name. Dot is an EDM, indie, and R&B fusion artist who packs elements from each of those sounds into all of her songs. Dot has produced for SZA as well as various visual media creators.
