Licensed electrician needed for job like food truck

First: Please don't contact me unless you are a licensed electrician in Meck. County. I need someone with some smarts to figure out how to install four (4) electrical outlets inside a trolley (which is built very much like a food truck). Again, you must be a licensed electrician prior to being selected. Ready to hire someone right away. Also, please don't quote this job without looking at it. I ran this ad last week and people just started throwing numbers at me without understanding the nature of the job. I'll be happy to meet with you at the job site. Just need the work done in the next few days if possible. Part of this job is to dig a 125' trench from a house to the trolley with a ditch witch, 18" underground and auger under a 3-foot sidewalk. I don't advance payment upfront to people I don't know and I don't pay in cash. I'll use a credit card or company check. I own the property that this installation goes on so if you think I won't pay you, you can file a lien on my property. Prompt payment when job is completed.
