High skilled remodeling tradesman and labor supervisor

Looking for experienced person in all different type of construction and remodeling who can help me with my projects to get them moving faster. Must have operational vehicle and valid ID (passport or DL). Must have references and present previous projects or Must be over 30 y.o. Scope of work: - high skilled labor that requires accurate and technical work and can't be done by general labor - supervising general labor for more simple tasks(ex: painting, sanding, moving etc) - navigating and monitoring remodeling projects, planning, get the ball rolling. Pay: $16 an hour first week, $18 an hour from the 2nd week. Payment via check or money transfer platforms in the end of the week. Interview will require visiting one of the work sites. Currently have 2 projects that plan to be completed within a month, if cooperation goes well, I will keep picking up projects and we can keep working.
