Description

Help with daily grounds work (picking up trash on the community, cleaning up the pool, pool deck) Assist in turning units for new residents. This can include trashing out units, maintenance on appliances, hardware, some AC work, scheduling and talking with vendors. Job is 8-5 Monday through Friday (on-call every other weekend). Pay is 16-18 per hour depending on experience and/or certifications. Pay holiday time off, medical and dental. Discount on apartment (20%) if needed. Only looking for reliable candidates.
