BRIDGEPORT, CT - A Bridgeport resident is $40,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On June 15, Khalid Moreland, of Bridgeport purchased a Rubies ticket from the Bridgeport Minimart and won $40,000.
