On Monday, Jun 28, 2021 06:00 PM, the City of Newark will hold a remote public meeting, pursuant to the Instructions set forth below, in connection with Arwen Development LLC's application for preliminary and final site plan approval for property located at designated as 104 Fleming St, Block 2471, Lot 25 on the Tax Maps of the City of Newark (the "Property"). The Property Is located In the East Ward and governed by Newark's River Public Access and Redevelopment Plan. Currently, the Property includes 2 story mixed use masonry building with a basement, a store on the first floor and an apartment on the second. Arwen Development LLC (the "Applicant") has applied to the Central Planning Board of the City of Newark for site plan approval to construct a 3 story, 4 unit apartment building. The proposed building will be a total of 4800 square feet of residential space. Lastly, the Applicant requests that the Central Planning Board grant any additional approvals, permits, variances, Interpretations, waivers or exceptions reflected In the plans and materials filed (as same may be amended or revised from time to time without further notice) or determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application. The remote public hearing will be held on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom, a web-based application.
