Cool off at Rinconada and Mitchell Park Library, open today from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday. Find current Library hours. Most Library services are available, but to ensure public health and safety, face coverings are required for unvaccinated community members.
