City of Phoenix – Public Works Utility Worker The City of Phoenix, population 4855, is accepting applications for a Public Works Utility Worker. Become an integral member of the city’s Public Works Department and help us meet the needs of our growing community. We are seeking temporary employees to perform skilled and semi-skilled assignments for the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of the water distribution system, streets, parks and storm drains. 2 temporary positions available for immediate hire, from now until October.
