MALIBU, CA — Forward progress has been stopped on a small brush fire at Pacific Coast Highway and Webb Way, near Legacy Park, the the Los Angeles County Fire Department has reported. The fire was first reported at 1:53 p.m. Friday. As of 2:18, it is currently an eighth of an acre in medium fuel, LA County Fire said. No structures are threatened.
