Trump did not claim that hydroychloroquine was a vaccine against the covid 19 virus. No one made that claim.
It was used as a treatment "after someone had contacted the virus" and is successful when used early on in conjunction with several other medicines.
If you want to argue, at least have some knowledge of what you want to argue about. If not, get your head out of your obams/biden and make an attempt to learn how to understand English.
