Erie, PA Urgently hiring Job details Salary Up to $20 an hour Job Type Full-time Part-time Number of hires for this role 1 Qualifications High school or equivalent (Preferred) Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Driver's License (Preferred) Full Job Description Job Type: Part-time to Full-time positions available Hourly Rate: Up to $20 per hour (based on experience & skills) Schedule: Weekdays Work Location: Multiple locations in Erie area. Must have own transportation and valid driver’s license. Duties and Responsibilities: Painting, handyman maintenance and general repairs for apartments and commercial property. Responsible for completing work orders in a timely manner. Must be able to perform routine maintenance and oversee work performed by our other contractors. Previous experience in maintenance preferred, but not required. Familiarity with basic hand tools and ability to handle physical workload. Repairs - based on skill level, experience, and any licenses that may include electrical, plumbing, drywall, small appliances, masonry, siding, and flooring Operate power tools and/or willing to learn (drills, saws, etc.) Painting (interior and exterior) Follow written and verbal instructions Maintain company records Comply with company policies Room for growth Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple locations Work Remotely
