Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 06/18/2021   On Thursday June 17, 2021 at around 11:00pm officers responded to 999 Brady Ave NW on a report of a person shot. The investigation found that the victim had been driving in the area when the suspect, in another car, forced the victim to stop then physically pulled the victim out of his vehicle. During the physical struggle the victim shot the suspect who then fled the scene. Later the suspect was located at Grady Memorial Hospital where he was arrested and charged with Kidnapping, and Simple Battery. After being treated at the hospital the suspect was taken to the Fulton County Jail. Please keep in mind that this is preliminary information and may change as new facts are discovered.
