Build Custom Kitchen Island

I'm looking for someone to custom build my large kitchen Island & possibly help with butcher block countertop. ISLAND: Dimensions are 84 inches long X 42 inches wide (7ft x 3.5ft). I have a rough sketch of how I want the cabinets & pull-outs and the overhang section for 2 chairs. I want to maximize the storage space of the island with lots of pull-outs for easy access, etc. I will stain the wood to match other parts of my home. ***This island will be a centerpiece in my open floor-plan home so I need QUALITY WORK and beauty. Please be prepared to verify your workmanship and provide references and proof of previous work. COUNTERTOP (secondary and not required): I want to glue 2 pieces of 96x25 butcher block countertops together, then cut to fit 84x42 island, sand edges, whitewash it, and apply epoxy. If this is something you can also help with, great. If not, I can handle it separately. TIMING: I'm ready to buy materials and get the job going ASAP. **I'm willing to be flexible on timing of the work and project in order to get quality work and attention to detail. LOCATION: North Minneapolis. My garage can be used as the worksite if needed. PAYMENT: I prefer a set price for total labor but open to discussion.
