Help with Electric Vehicle Conversion

We are Austin EV Only, LCC austinevonly.com I am just starting out and I've got more work than I can handle alone. If you were ever curious about the world of Electric Vehicles (EVs), I'd like to bring you in and show you how I go about doing an electric vehicle conversion. Gig's come in sporadically so I am not able to offer steady paycheck where you can quit your day-job. But we could probably work something out. Pay would be reported to the IRS via 1099 form (you figure out your own taxes). Who I need: (1) Mechanical / Design Engineer. Someone who can layout the components in AutoCAD or ProE. Mock up the design in the vehicle and put together a proof of concept. (2) Fabrication Specialist. Someone who is good at welding aluminum. If you have access to welding equipment or know someone who would rent us shop time, that would be a bonus. (3) Machinist: Someone who is good at metal work. If you have access to machining equipment or know someone who would rent us shop time, that would be a bonus. (4) Website Developer / SEO: Got some ideas, I'd love your help.
