Balance is currently hiring for a well-known building material company located in Buda, TX. This is long term, full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with benefits. They are essential and we are currently seeking 10+ individuals to start as soon as possible. No experience required! Assembles building material components such as wall panels, roof, and floor trusses and/or millwork products such as doors, windows, cabinets, counters, vanities, or closets. Processes include insertion or positioning of materials, clamping, splicing, fitting parts, and use of both hand and power tools. Knowledge of and ability to use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble either building materials components or millwork products You will need to have an all-steel 22oz hammer with a flat striking surface, a toolbelt with hammer strap, and steel toe boots.  Prefer candidates with a background in construction, experience with tools and measuring tape, used to working in hot environments/outdoors, and working 10- hour shifts. This is an entry-level position where the employee will receive on-the-job training.
