My cat is missing from Osage St and Walnut St on Independence Square 😩 His name is Aloy (Ay-Loi) he is 3 years old and bald around his neck where his collar usually is. He is missing his collar. Please do not chase him, he’s very scared of strangers. Please call or DAY OR NIGHT, NO MATTER WHAT TIME.
