Come and build incredible relationships with our clients, our horses and each other. We would love to have you spend your summer at Windrush Farm! We are looking for volunteers with horse experience to help in our week long summer programs. We run two summer programs, Pony Pals and Giddy Up and Grow. We have openings for volunteers (over the age of 14) to lead the horses during lessons, to help the students learn to groom and tack, and to help with afternoon activities such as giving the horses baths, reading and journaling, working in the garden and more! If you are only available to horse handle in the morning, we can work with that! We have orientation and training for all our volunteers, and evaluate their skill level before they work with clients.
