Description

Small local property management company, mostly eastside, looking to hire a handyperson to handle maintenance calls, general property upkeep, clean out units, repair units to release and other related repair needs. Must have knowledge for basic plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and problem solving skills. RRP certification a plus. Must have own tools and transportation. Paychecks are cut weekly and this is a 1099 position to start. 30-40 hours per week. pay based on skills $15-20 hour
