Found: two black male cats

I've named these two Bram and Percy. Both pure black cats, no white markings. I have a lead on a foster-to-adopt situation for them, where they will be cared for during their legal holding period and taken in as part of the family if no owner comes foreward. They were caught at a mobile home park in the Glenwood neighborhood between Eugene and Springfield, which is a high-traffic dumping area, and according to the residents of the park are not owned by anyone there. They have now been neutered, vaccinated, and flea treated at WAG. Bram (pic w/ better lighting) weighs in at 13 lbs and is a total lover. Percy is 9 lbs and more reserved but will still let me pet him. Both boys are thin and in need of TLC. Although I strongly suspect they are strays, I will still do my due diligence and search for an owner. Or owners...I have a hunch these two are bonded, but am not sure. I've recently been accused by some rando from Craigslist of being a "crazy cat lady holding people's pets hostage." Crazy cat lady, yes, for sure. But I would NEVER keep people's pets from them...why would I even bother to make posts if that was my intention?
