TITLE: Housekeeping Manager for Immediate Hire Starting Bonus: $1500 after 60 days of employment Pay: $20-$30/hr Benefits: Tips We are hiring a housekeeping manager for our client's new 20 unit vacation rental property. If you have a passion for perfection and a background in hospitality as a supervisor or home cleaning then we want you! This position is good for the self starter. There are no clock in or clock out times. Flexible hours so you can work around your existing schedule. You manage the inventory and stock shelves to keep them organized and earn extra hours. Our job dispatch team will add new cleanings to your schedule and it is up to you to complete them before the next guest check in. If you cannot complete all the cleanings by yourself, you can bring in your own assistants to help. They will also be paid the same rate as you. THE QUALIFICATIONS: - 2+ years of housekeeping experience in the hospitality sector and must have the eye for hospitality - Must be able to make a bed high-end hotel style and perform excellent staging, set-up and guest-prep - Excellent communication skills (moderate English speaking required) - Must have high attention to detail - Positive attitude, happy and motivated - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS - Must pass a criminal background check - Must have a working vehicle and have a clean driving record - Must own and use a smart phone with calling, texting, and emailing capability - Must have the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance - For all parts of this job, the candidate must be able to: climb stairs, bend over from the waist, get down on knees and reach overhead - Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time For your interview please provide a resume and 3 references (at least 1 professional).
