Consultant needed for construction project

I am building a cabin and serving as my own contractor. I need help navigating through the construction process. I am looking for someone with experience to help guide me. For example, to take construction drawings and help me make a detailed To-do list, to look at photos or facetime and see if what I'm doing needs correction etc. This can be done remotely.
