Position: Groundskeeper/Porter The Pinnacle International is a leading real estate firm based in Vancouver, Canada with offices in Toronto, and San Diego. This diverse company is vertically integrated with in-house departments responsible for execution of the company’s activities including property development, construction and property management. We are seeking a Maintenance Porter/Groundskeeper to be based out of Pinnacle On The Park in San Diego performing routine, cleaning, maintenance and daily upkeep on buildings. Landscaping, underground garage and common areas. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for consideration: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management. Experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, landscaping/grounds maintenance or janitorial services will also be considered. High School Diploma or equivalency certificate required. Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and an operable vehicle (NOTICE: If driving is required for the position, a status check and driving record search will be conducted, post-offer).
