Next Level Homes is a full-service Home Staging Company servicing the westside and south bay communities with warehouse in Inglewood. -We are looking to fill a position of Warehouse Inventory Manager and Designer's Assistant. This person will be key to our operations and keeping of our inventory. -The perfect candidate: - will be working in direct contact with the owner and designers. - be able to keep the home staging inventory organized and in good condition as it is move in and out of the warehouse. - be able to take orders well from designers and work well under pressure and deadlines. - have a fun can- do attitude-, be able to think on his/her feet and problem solve, - be responsible and punctual, have reliable transportation and valid driver's license - be able/open to carry staging items such as boxes, art in a personal vehicle. - be able to pick up items up to 80 pounds/ be able to hang large pieces of art. - be able to travel in their own vehicle to the warehouse and to client's homes (mostly in the westside and south bay) -On staging installations (client's homes): will assist with making and steaming beds, cleaning, hanging art, opening accessory boxes, moving furniture, etc. -On removal of staging's (at client's home): will pack all the inventory, patch nail holes, etc. Supervise the inventory returns to the warehouse and is organized. -At the warehouse: Will assist with checking the loading of moving truck with the inventory that will be install that day. Ensure the inventory is handled with care Will maintain inventory organized and clean. Work on different repair projects, organization projects, etc. Warehouse/ moving experience a plus Bi-lingual English- Spanish a plus -The warehouse is located in Inglewood and most of our clients are in the Westside. -Absolutely no alcohol, nicotine or substance use (marihuana included) -We will run background check as well as a drug tests. 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
