Job description Black Gold Archery CNC Operator 1 Non-exempt 40 hours per week $15.00 per hour Excellent benefits Flexible schedule Black Gold Archery is looking for the right person to join our team building the finest archery products in the industry. We are looking for a person who is able to work full time (40 hrs per week) starting immediately. Prior experience in a machine shop isn't essential, but mechanical aptitude is. Must have a good attitude and a willingness to learn. Ability to occasionally lift 75 pounds is essential. Must be capable of working with a minimum amount of supervision. Duties include but are not limited to: loading parts in fixtures, Quality Control of parts, trouble shooting and general machine shop activities. Loads raw materials into CNC machines. Performs general quality inspection of materials before loading into machine. Successfully performs CNC Machining work on limb prep. Follows specific documented instructions to place tools in machine. Performs basic inspection of machined products to ensure product meets R&D specifications. Reports and describes errors or problems to lead or CNC Programmer. Keeps equipment and work area clean and organized. Follows department safety rules and operating procedures. Responsible for supporting and adhering to company policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Health insurance, Retirement plan, Paid time off, and Holiday pay included!
