Looking for experienced handyman to join our team to help with over 200 properties. The successful candidate must have Carpentry experience, light plumbing and light electrical. HVAC experience is a plus. Must have own tools and transportation Hourly rate average $20 to $35 based on speed, experience and with or without 1099.
