wanted dog/puppy smaller size

Hello, I am looking for a pup/dog that stays on the smaller side for my pup. I have vet references two cats, a puppy, and 12 gerbils (those are my daughters), and I am looking for one because I just got a job, and so there will be less visits to the dog park, but the job is only temporary, and I do NOT need a scam, I will continue to do emails because of the scams that I get inquiring about a pup/dog. I will pay a rehoming fee, but nothing ridiculous because I can get a purebred from 8 weeks old if I wanted to pay ridiculous fees, like I did with my puppy now. I do not care if they are up to date on shots, because I plan on taking them to the vet anyways. the pup/dog will be spoiled and in three years or so God Willing will be running around on 5 acres out west. God may have other plans but those are the ones that I have, but it might be sooner. But let me know what you have and the price, and I will let you know if I would like to adopt your dog, I do NOT do pitbulls/pitbull mixes, only because they are bigger, and no matter how nice they can be, they just are not the breed for me, otherwise I could get a 6 week old pit mix for free, and I just do not want that breed, but please let me know and please send a picture, I do have 3 children so I would like to do a meet and greet to make sure the dog is friendly, I have been around older dogs and as they get older they become like an older person and just like their alone time, but thank you for reading, God Bless and remember Jesus is coming!
