In this role, you will work directly under the supervision of a qualified Lead Carpenter and will assist in the completion of our remodeling projects by installing trim, tile, fixtures, painting, constructing, and installing structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, metal studs, and drywall using carpenter's hand tools and power tools, while conforming to local building codes. Responsibilities: -Framing and finish carpentry skills required (Min 5 Years) -Ability to construct install Cabinets (prefabricated and custom) -Previous experience in kitchen and bath remodeling from start to finish (Backsplash installation, Tile) -Selecting tools, equipment, and/or materials from storage and transport items to work site -Light Plumbing, Light Electrical skills required -Cleaning work areas, machines, or equipment, to maintain a clean and safe job site -Holding plumb bobs, sighting rods, or other equipment to aid in establishing reference points and lines -Cutting timbers, lumber and/or paneling to specified dimensions, and drilling holes in timbers or lumber -Smoothing or sanding surfaces to remove ridges, tool marks, glue, or caulking? Qualifications: -Previous experience in residential remodeling/ construction 10 years plus -Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings -Must have own truck and tools -Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb a ladder and work in varied environments -Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation -High standard of integrity and professionalism?
