Local Company in search of a dynamic, forward-thinking and highly-motivated construction team for upcoming residential rehab projects. Skills Should Include: • Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Demolition, Renovations & Building/Repairing of structures, Framing, Roofing, Dry-walling, Wall covering, Basic Wiring, Flooring • Knowledge of and experience with building materials and power tools • Trenching and digging experience preferred Requirements: • A positive attitude and willingness to lead or work with co-workers/team • Excellent communications skills • Minimum of 3 year of experience in general construction • The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary • Understanding of proper safety procedures, PPE use and recognition of hazards • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Ability to Pay attention to detail • Possess great work ethic and is reliable • Has own Transportation • Electrical experience/Low Voltage Commercial/Network device install/ Telecommunications or CCTV & Camera experience a plus but not required Please respond with phone number, resume (if available) and availability. do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers
