Imperial Seal has an immediate opening for the right individual skilled in all aspects of Asphalt Emulsion Sealer application. Must have 1+ year minimum of experience with Asphalt Emulsion Sealcoating, Hot Crack Sealing, and Pavement Prep. Must have a clean driving record and a valid Minnesota Driver's License, as well their own reliable transportation to and from the Lakeville shop. Dependability is key! The ideal candidate will be able demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and leadership necessary to move into the position of Crew Lead. This candidate comes equipped with the understanding of how a sealcoating season works: rain days, long hours, working consecutive days when the weather is conducive to Sealcoating. Some experience in Asphalt Patch Installation is a plus!
