This job opportunity includes working directly with customers, pulling orders and stocking inventory, and cleaning equipment.

Qualified applicants must:
• Be reliable and on time.
• Be able to work at a fast pace.
• Have some warehouse experience.
• Be able to lift/carry up to 70 lbs.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have computer skills to be able to check orders, check equipment in and out, and to work with the Sales and Warehouse teams.
• Candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Duties:
• Handle Customer Pickup Area, providing excellent customer experience and accurate order fulfillment.
• Pull orders and prepare for the weekly rental pickups.
• Make sure the equipment that is going out is clean and ready to go for the customer’s event.
• Manage your time well so you are well prepared for each day.
• Keep the Customer Service area neat and clean so the Customer experience is outstanding.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations, neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Pitch in to help other team members when you have an opportunity; we help each other out here and have an enjoyable workplace environment.
• Get along well with others; it’s the standard for us.
