Shredder Operator responsibilities: • Operating Shredder from control room • Metal sorting • Ground clean up • Watch for jams on belt • Provide yard inspector coverage • Must be able to lift 50lbs Ground workers Responsibilities: • Sorting metal • shoveling • driving skid steers (no license required) • must be able to lift 50 lbs There is a once-a-month copper bonus depending on how much copper comes in This company also provides lunch once a month to all employees….
