Lifeguards and Pool Attendant – Summer Positions! Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm Exciting Career Opportunities Available at Brookville! Tuesdays in June, 9:30am – 11:30am Email Carmela at cazzarelli @ ahrc.org for ZOOM link At Brookville Center for Children’s Services, our mission is to provide comprehensive services to children with an emphasis on assisting families in understanding their child’s strengths and areas of needs. Join us at our Brookville location this summer for an exciting role as a Lifeguard and Pool Attendant! Lifeguard (Temporary): 35hrs/week, full time opportunity for an experienced Lifeguard to support all pool recreational activities. You will be responsible for all aspects of pool management and safety on a daily basis and ensure all pool staff are appropriate role models and productively involved with the individuals. Requires HS Diploma or Equivalent and Nassau County Certification, American Red Cross CPR and Emergency Cardiac Care, waterfront safety and First Aid required. Excellent swimming skills! Salary $17/hour Pool Attendant (Temporary): 35hrs/week, full time opportunity as a Pool Aide to assist the lifeguard in all aspects of pool safety on a daily basis in accordance with guidelines and responsibilities. This person will serve as a role model for the individuals. Requires HS Diploma or Equivalent and demonstrated interest and excellent swimming skills; demonstrated interest and an aptitude for supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.
