seeking practice space

there doesnt seem to be any viable warehouse spaces in Providence anymore. any tips on buildings that rent out rooms for bands would be appreciated. In any of the surrounding areas. the less restrictions the better, I suppose. would be wonderful to be able to blast at maximum volume at all hours of the day or night like we used to 20 years ago...
