We at Whole hogz know the sight of a whole pig on a roster can be shocking or scary but it's how it was done back in the day and we want to bring that style of cooking back and here to Vegas. If you already like bacon, ham, pork chops and pulled pork then you'll love a pig roasted 10 to 12 hours over coals, cherry, oak and hickory woods. We mop our pig every 30 minutes with a vingear and pepper-based sauce to fully infused the flavor. Join us July 10th 3pm (2pm for photos of hog off smoker) at Rustic Lounge 1718 N Boulder Hwy for fun, food and drink specials. Not only will we have the roasted pig but beef brisket, port-a-pit smoked chicken, hot dogs, grilled corn, root beer baked beans, cole slaw, cajun mac-n-cheese, potato salad, collard greens and more. Menu coming soon and all at a great prices. Come hang out at the lounge for some awesome drinks, grab some food to dine in or just come through and grab a plate.
