Landscaping Project – ROCKSCAPE - PLEASE RESPOND WITH WITH BID/PROPOSAL 1.2 Project Description: Curb garden bed of a residential house needs to be converted to a rockscape. 6-8 inches of earth and vegetation needs to be scraped/removed. A liner then needs to be layered (aprox 100-125 sq/ft) and then rocks need to be placed as filler. In addition, large & medium boulders are to be placed strategically. See attached images. 1.3 Materials Needed: - Lanscape liner/mesh (ie Vevor or Vigoro material) - 2-3 Large boulders - 4-5 Medium boulders - Loose crushed granite 1.4 Tools Needed: - Skid Steer or mini-excavator - Truck to haul away debris 1.5 Timeline of Project: Start Work: Immediately Estimated Duration 1 – 2 days Payment: 50% Start, 50% Completion 1.6 Cost - Bids to be reviewed and selected within 24 hours of submission 1.7 Additional Requirements and /or Conditions: - Additional photos, or site visit available on request - Work can be performed during off hours or on weekends PLEASE RESPOND WITH WITH BID/PROPOSAL
