General Description: This individual would be responsible for the complete installation of fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential buildings. As a supervisor, you would be expected to take a project from rough-in to final inspection. Fire Sprinkler Fitter Responsibilities and Duties: - Ability to work with steel, CPVC, and copper pipe. -Manage and mentor apprentices on a daily basis. -Read and interpret blueprints. -Communicate with local inspectors. -Coordinate with other trades and general contractors. Fire Sprinkler Fitter Qualifications: -Denver Fire Sprinkler Fitter License is a plus but not a requirement. -Reliable transportation. -8 – 10 years of experience installing fire sprinkler systems. -Willing to lift at least 50 pounds and work on a ladder. -Lift training -Basic communication skills.
