Maintenance tech needed for condominium home owners association. Duties include, but not limited to: daily inspection of property, seasonal maintenance of property as needed, enforcement of parking rules, exterior painting of posts, rails, benches, etc., small projects as they arise. Most of the work is outside, occasionally required to perform interior sheetrock repairs, painting, etc. Full time job for 8 hours daily, Monday thru Friday. Start time is flexible. 90 day probation for raise in pay, if you work out you will be eligible for a pay raise.
