Sunshine Preservation is seeking self-motivated subcontractors to complete field service work orders in Washington state in the following counties: King county, Snohomish County, and Skagit county. We prefer contractors with prior experience in property preservation or experience in lawn maintenance, debris removal, and janitorial services. Eighty-percent of our work orders include lock changes, trash-outs, janitorial services, and window & door board-ups. Requirements for the position include: Be able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check Have a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
