We've got a good foundation for an old school roots trio playing rock-a-billy, some vintage R&B/soul, country, and blues along with a bunch of originals — and we're seeking an upright bassist to fill out the trio. Our songlist includes tunes by Johnny Burnette and the Rock and Roll Trio, Sun Records tunes, Solomon Burke, Arthur Alexander, We'd love to get a good, powerful bottom end going with some slap bass. We're in our 50s, have played out a bit, but we ain't pros. Looking to have fun, polish up our songs and gig a bit. Give us a shout if you're interested!
